Your inbox, sorted for you.
EmailSort reads your mail and files it into categories that match how you actually work — then lets you search, reply, and clear the backlog without hunting through hundreds of messages.
Works with Gmail, Outlook and Hotmail, iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, and any IMAP account.
How it works
Connect an account, tell EmailSort how far back to look, and it does the rest. You stay in your own mailbox the whole time — nothing is moved anywhere new.
Sorts into your categories
Name the categories you want, let the AI suggest its own, or both. Every email lands in a tab, and you can move anything by hand.
Ask instead of search
Ask “where did coach say we’re meeting?” and get an answer. The chat can also sort, archive, star, and write drafts for you.
A real mail client
Read, reply, forward with attachments, archive, star, and delete. Everything writes straight back to your provider.
What happens to your email
Sorting means an AI has to read your mail. Here is exactly what that involves, in plain terms.
Your mail stays in your mailbox
Archiving, starring, and deleting happen in Gmail or Outlook itself. EmailSort keeps no copy of your inbox on any server.
Content goes to the AI, briefly
To sort or answer questions, email text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. It is used to produce your result, not to train anything.
You can leave cleanly
Remove an account and its credentials are deleted from your device. You can revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.
